This integrated platform streamlines processes, aiding in the attainment of specific organizational sales goals through an efficient and unified management solution. However, the current Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) exhibit poor user interface design, lacking thoughtful design thinking efforts. This deficiency results in lower efficiency and diminishes self-drive among DSRs.
Improve TCPL product sales to retailers while ensuring better supervision by ASMs and high efficiency in beat execution by DSRs. Ensuring high efficiency in beat execution by each DSR at retail outlets is crucial. To achieve this , we have designed a solution that empowers DSRs with a modern, intuitive, and elegant mobile application.
The mobile application design was appreciated and recognized for its modern, intuitive, and elegant interface, coupled with scalability that allows seamless accommodation of our extensive product catalog.







This application will be utilized by executives across 31 states in India, expecting an average usage of 4 DSRs per 10km radius in urban areas. Virtually every Tata Consumer product will reach the end consumer through this application.
